We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation.

The Role

We are currently hiring an executive / senior executive to support TIG Collaboration Centre’s CyberBoost department, which oversees incubation and accelerator programmes designed to nurture and support growth of leading cybersecurity startups in Singapore and globally.

As a Programme Executive / Senior Executive, you will provide operational and administrative support  in management and delivery of CyberBoost programme(s) at TIG Centre.

What You’ll Do

On this role, you will work closely with and support Venture Lead of TIG Centre to ensure operational effectiveness of the programme(s).  Key responsibilities of this role include :

1. Data, Reporting and Analytics

• Update and maintain records in participant and project management system on applications, status, attendance, outcomes.
• Collate KPIs, metrics, and feedback from participants for programme performance tracking.
• Prepare reports at planned intervals for stakeholders.

2. Finance and Procurement Administration

3. Programme support

4. Continuous Improvement

Proactively create positive engagement experience through touch points with programme participants, partners and stakeholders that you may come into contact with.
