Job Description
- Assist Project Manager on daily administration work.
- Administrative support to general worker issues such as work passes, accommodation, transport, attendance record, etc.
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mails, documents reports, drawings.
- Keep track and compile monthly administration reports for various project departments
- Ensure that all purchases are properly made and coordinated within the organization
- Interface with suppliers and sub-contractors and meet the specified requirement
- Evaluate, select and monitor the supplier and sub-contractors’ performance
- Assess the supplier and sub-contractors’ performance
- Keep all purchasing records such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, suppliers’
- Quotations, approved supplier’s lists, evaluation records etc
- Match requisitions and verify price against invoices, data entries of all purchases
- Provide purchase information
- Alert management of purchases of excessive amount
- Alert management of avoidable purchases
- Handle projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements
At least 1 Year(s) of HDB working experience in the related field is required for this position.Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.Tell employers what skills you have
