Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in HVAC or construction. Organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the full lifecycle of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Support project planning including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for project materials.
- Support cost control efforts and analyze financial reports to maintain profitability.
