Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support
  • Scheduling of appointments with clients
  • Conduct market research and organisation activities on behalf
  • Assist in business-oriented matters
  • Perform vendor negotiations activities for business needs
  • Schedule internal / external conference meetings and company events
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum Higher Nitec in any discipline
  • Intermediate to advanced level for Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess good verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Working Hours & Salary :

  • At least 3 days a week, 10 am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • $12 per hour
