About the role

We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our team at ONEBERRY TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Aljunied, Central Region.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to secure new business
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of client projects
Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the technology industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically

Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software to manage the sales pipeline

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
