Roles & Responsibilities

About Us

Seashell Academy, under Xinghai Education Group , is a leading tuition centre in Singapore specialising in Mathematics, Science, and Chinese for primary school students preparing for the PSLE.

As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teachers to join our academic team at Eastpoint Mall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Mathematics classes for Primary 3–6 students , with a strong focus on PSLE preparation .
  • Deliver lessons using Seashell Academy’s curriculum, aligned with the MOE syllabus .
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments and feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback and communicate with parents about student performance.
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that motivates students to excel.
  • Work collaboratively with the academic team to improve lesson quality and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related discipline (MOE-recognised qualifications preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience at the primary level, ideally with PSLE classes.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus and PSLE exam requirements .
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Patient, passionate about teaching, and committed to helping students achieve their best results.
  • Bilingual ability (English + Chinese) is an advantage but not mandatory.
