Job Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.Manage appointment scheduling and optimize staff efficiency.Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets.Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.Promote Medispa services, treatments, and skincare products to enhance brand visibility.Monitor market trends and customer preferences to refine service offerings.Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver exceptional service.Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing work environment.Ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards.Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and personalized client care, leading by example to uphold high standards and achieve strong Google reviews.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.Build long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.Implement marketing and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.Oversee stock management, ensuring proper inventory control and replenishment of skincare products and treatment supplies.Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.Generate reports on sales, revenue, and operational performance for management review.Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, GCE ‘O’ Level and / or Diploma in CIBTAC / ITEC or CIDESCOMinimally 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a branch or multiple branchesMust speak proficiently in English.Strong business acumen and passion for the beauty / spa industry.Adaptable, has strong communication skills and customer centric mindset, proactive and a problem-solver.Highly motivated and results-driven with a track record for achieving sales targetsExcellent communication skills to engage customers and the team effectively.Compensation includes basic salary, commissions and variable performance bonus.Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.Tell employers what skills you have
