HR Generalist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Singapore operations and act as a key advisor for HR policies and compliance. The role will work closely with our global team, providing guidance on Singapore's employment regulations, HR practices, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support on Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and best practices to align with company and China HQ requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Partner with line managers to address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Coordinate HR projects such as compensation reviews, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Act as the HR point of contact for Singapore employees while liaising with China HR for alignment and reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in Singapore labor legislation and provide proactive advice to management.
