Job Scopes :
- Assisting with accounting tasks such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, GST submission, etc.
 - Handling full set account.
 - Providing support during audits and other financial reviews.
 - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
 - Providing general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
 - Handle incoming shipments, purchasing and stocks
 - Handles and follow through purchase orders through fax, calls, emails etc.
 - Communicate with overseas Supplier for ordering, and delivery arrangement.
 - Manage full process of Import / Inventory inbound
 - Coordinate with agents for rates / bookings / shipment arrangement; check on the shipping rules and regulations for the respective countries
 - Liaison with haulier for trucking in-out of container to warehouse for un-stuffing
 - Perform declaration of permit
 - Prepare delivery order, sales invoices and coordinate with production for delivery.
 - Follow up with accounts receivables.
 - Provide support to sales personnel / executives.
 - Others sales / purchases-related jobs assigned
 
Requirements :
1. Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma
2. Meticulous, organized, and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion
3. Independent with a keen sense for learning and adopting new skills
4. Good team player with a good sense of urgency
5. Good communication skills (to communicate with internal and external stakeholders)
6. Good working knowledge of MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, Word
7. Good follow-up skill
