About the Opportunity

We're seeking an accomplished Commercial Director to take the lead on one of Asia-Pacific's most visionary infrastructure developments, a multi-billion-dollar project that's redefining the future of global transport, design, and sustainability.

The Role

Reporting at executive level, you'll lead the commercial and project controls strategy for a major infrastructure program based in Singapore. You'll oversee contract management, risk, forecasting, procurement, and digital commercial systems — ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, multi-disciplinary project that will leave a lasting regional legacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial performance, cost control, and governance for a flagship international project
  • Develop and implement best-in-class project controls and digital commercial frameworks
  • Manage procurement, contracts, forecasting, and claims resolution
  • Oversee risk management, financial reporting, and performance tracking
  • Build strong relationships with joint venture partners, contractors, and government stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop commercial and controls teams across the Asia‑Pacific region

About You

You're an accomplished commercial leader with a strong background in major infrastructure or aviation projects. You combine strategic commercial insight with hands‑on project delivery expertise and a collaborative, people‑focused leadership style.

You will bring

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience in commercial leadership on complex, large‑scale infrastructure programs
  • Strong technical understanding of project controls, cost, and contract administration
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage high‑value stakeholders
  • A proactive, innovative, and ethical approach to delivery
