Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Parent & Student Enquiry Handling

• Respond to enquiries from parents on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.
• Provide clear information about our courses (IB, A-Level, PSLE, AEIS, University Applications).
• Follow up with potential parents and maintain good client relationships.
• Explain admissions and application-related processes when needed.
