Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Responsible for the Management, inclusive of Operations, Project Management, Tendering, Precast Design and QA / QC, etc.
• Manage the entire chain from Planning to Procurement, Production to Logistics as well as raw materials, machinery, equipment and manpower, etc.
• Manage the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
• Ensure workplace safety and health; enforce safety measures at all times
• Implement and manage continuous improvement on manufacturing processes and recommend changes through staff training and workplace practices
• Manage and oversee QA / QC processes and documentation including all relevant certification and approval
• Provide leadership and motivation to the team on day-to-day operations
• Waste control and increase production capabilities
• Ability to read and understand contracts and design drawings
• Manage the Precast Operations in Singapore and Johor and able to liaise with the relevant Authorities in both countries.
