Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights :

5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities :

Strategic Design Leadership : Define and lead the architectural vision across all projects, ensuring alignment with company values, client goals, and design excellence.

Design Quality Assurance : Review design outputs for clarity, coherence, and alignment with project goals and company standards.

Submission to Regulatory Authorities : Check documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.

Innovation & Digital Integration : Drive the adoption of advanced digital design tools (e.g., BIM, parametric design) and foster innovation in design processes.

Studio Development : Play a key role in shaping the firm’s culture, workflows, and design standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement : Represent the firm in high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

Mentorship & Talent Development : Mentor senior and junior designers, cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Quality & Compliance Oversight : Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements, technical standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

Requirements :

Registered Architect with the Board of Architect’s Singapore.

A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in architectural design, project leadership, and studio management.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Deep expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Familiarity with parametric and computational design tools (e.g., Rhino / Grasshopper, Dynamo) is highly advantageous.

Strong understanding of regional building codes, regulatory frameworks, and submission processes.

Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and engage clients.

A passion for innovation, mentorship, and shaping the future of architectural practice.
