Client Enquiry
- Receive and log enquiry : Capture client details, project scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Initial response : Acknowledge receipt and schedule a preliminary call or meeting.
- Prepare questions : Clarify objectives, constraints, and any special requirements.
Site Survey
Schedule site visit : Coordinate with client and internal team.Conduct survey : Assess site conditions, take measurements, photos, and note potential challenges.Document findings : Create a detailed site report with observations and recommendations.Quotation & Proposal
Draft quote : Include itemized costs, timelines, and scope of work.Review internally : Ensure pricing and terms are accurate and competitive.Send proposal : Attach quote, scope document, and terms & conditions.Follow up : Confirm receipt and address any questions or revisions.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendorsDocument Submission
Prepare required documents : Contracts, insurance, permits, technical drawings, etc.Submit to client or relevant authorities : Ensure compliance and proper formatting.Track approvals : Maintain a checklist of submitted items and their status.Project Follow-Up
Kick-off meeting : Align expectations and confirm timelines.Monitor progress : Regular updates, site visits, and client check-ins.Issue progress reports : Share milestones, challenges, and next steps.Close-out : Final inspection, handover documents, and client feedback.Job Requirements :
