Familiarity or hands-on experience with Xero is a strong advantage Have good acknowledge of excel formulas is an advantage Min Higher NITEC / Diploma in Accounting / LCCI or equivalent Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines Eager to learn and grow within a supportive team Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to grow in an accounting career and gain practical exposure to day-to-day finance functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions in Xero.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable for various companies. – invoice processing, payments, and collections
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Support GST submissions and help with tax-related documentation
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed
