- Working Location : Paya Lebar, East Region
- Working Hours : 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 6PM)
- Salary Package : Gross up to $7,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration : Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Identifying, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationshipsEstablish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, etc.Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and engineering professionals to meet their individual and team goalsCollaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to develop integrated sales campaignsAnalyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesPrepare market reports, periodical sales forecast and business presentations as requiredResponsible for company KPls and contribute to P&L performanceMonitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsNegotiate and close deals, provide technical solutions, follow up with clients, and manage any customer concerns or complaintsAPPLY NOW!!!
Proven success in a sales management role, ideally in the building construction or M&E industryStrong leadership and people management capabilities; ability to inspire and lead high- performing teamsExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with ClientsAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-makingWillingness to travel for product training, client meetings, site visits, seminars and tender participationDegree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)Must possess a valid class 3 driving licenseKindly apply through ANY of the following methods :
