Analytics Engineer, Singapore

About the Role

We're looking for a Analytics Engineer to join the WWSE Growth & Excellence team. In this global role, you'll streamline operational workflows through data automation and intelligent process design. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Data Engineering to drive better visibility into how technical product experiences contribute to pipeline movement and revenue generation.

What You'll Do

• Build dashboards for global audiences (powered by Snowflake) to surface insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Sales Briefings (QSRs).
• Visualize key metrics such as usage trends, engagement levels, and conversion rates.
• Maintain and scale the Customer Win Dashboard
• Integrate a consultative selling value library into Pure Realize and SFDC.
• Analyze the impact of Test Drive activities on opportunity outcomes, including correlation with closed-won deals.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues between Test Drive systems and Salesforce, ensuring accurate mapping of activities to opportunities.
• Develop solutions to reconcile opportunity misalignment scenarios between SFDC and Test Drive (e.g., closed and reopened deals).
• Automate the manual voucher generation process for Test Drives, reducing time and error-prone tasks.
