Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service.
• To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the Store.
• To take an active role in maximizing sales – individual vs store sales target.
• Maintain inventory integrity – minimise stock losses & insure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and own full accountability of store Beauty Sales target (with key focus in Fine Fragrance unit target) alongside Store Manager.
• Ensure Fragrance retail associates in the store demonstrate and practice high quality of Fine Fragrance selling behaviour.
• Connect with customers and determine their needs.
• Ability to identify customers' fragrance profiles, personalities, and preference.
• Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behaviour (including product demonstration).
• Empower the customers through fragrance matching and fitting, teaching them how to use their VS fragrance.
• Achieve sales objectives by engaging customers in Fragrance, through cross-selling from Lingerie and recruitment of new customers.
• Attract new VS Fragrance customers.
• Express a passion for Fragrances.
• Inspire customers with expertise on fragrance trends and knowledge.
• Attend seasonal training seminars and/or digital learning modules.
