CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a Corporate Accountant specialize in business accounting and ensuring that the financial records of a company comply with financial regulations, laws, and policies. The duties include preparing financial documents, presenting annual audits, preparing monthly budgets, monitoring expenditures, and managing the cash flow of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating and prepare for AGM, Board, AC and RC Meetings
• Preparing and liaising with company secretary and sponsor on corporate matters such as SGX announcements, DRIW, etc
• Co-ordinating and prepare Annual Report
• Preparing quarterly GST Form 5 for submission
• Assisting in yearly Budget
• Assisting both internal and external company audits
• Ad-hoc task requested by the Management
