Compliance Manager / Senior Compliance Manager
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and commercial teams to design and deliver compliant financial products and partnerships across APAC.
- Translate complex regulatory frameworks into practical, scalable product requirements that enable compliant growth.
- Conduct regulatory analysis on new products, features, and partner integrations to ensure appropriate controls are implemented pre-launch.
- Support remediation, risk identification, and regulatory interpretation across payments, remittance, and cross-border service offerings.
- Collaborate with second-line compliance and risk stakeholders to strengthen governance, enhance controls, and align regional product strategies with evolving regulatory expectations.
