Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team, due to business expansion. In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and manage a variety of key finance tasks, focusing on inventory management, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions.
- Analyze profitability, manage inventory control, and track stock movements.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Perform intercompany (IC) reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage accounts payable / receivable contra and balance sheet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and standards.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Provide support in preparing GST and tax filings and other regulatory reports.
