About the Role
Join FFL Group's bakery team as a
Senior Baker
and take the lead in crafting premium cakes, breads, and pastries. This is a hands‐on role where creativity meets precision — perfect for someone passionate about French bakery techniques and new cake designs.
What You'll Do
Create and bake
new cakes, pastries, and breads
with a focus on French bakery style.
Develop
seasonal menu items
and innovative cake designs.
Maintain high standards of
quality and consistency .
Ensure
kitchen cleanliness
and food safety compliance.
Monitor inventory and assist with
ingredient ordering .
Train and guide junior bakers
to maintain production quality.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' experience
as a baker or pastry chef, ideally in a French or artisanal bakery.
Strong creativity in cake design and recipe development.
Solid knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.A
team player
with good communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Hours :
48 hours per week, 5 days (flexible schedule)
