Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance? Join our dynamic team as an Accountant and play a key role in ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.

Nearest MRT : Changi

Working hours : Monday – Thursday : 8 : 30am – 6pm, Friday : 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm

Salary : up to $4,000 per month

Contract duration : 12 months

Job Descriptions :

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned divisions, promptly addressing their queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accrual preparation and variance analysis.
• Handle daily tasks such as payment processing and validating employee claims via Concur.
• Reconcile vendor statements quarterly, ensuring accuracy with the organisation's records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with extracting documents for internal and external audits.
• Participate in UAT testing for the new ERP system and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
