Tuesday to SaturdayMust be comfortable working 4 weekdays and 1 weekendJob Responsibilities :
Manage all properties owned or leased by the organisationLiaise with and manage external service providers and contractors (e.g., security, cleaning, technology, renovation)Supervise teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, facilities and securityEnsure the ongoing maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of all facilitiesManage budgets and cost-effectiveness of all facilitiesEnsure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including environmental, health, safety, and security standardsOversee building projects, renovations and refurbishmentsAllocate and manage space within company premisesOversee all aspects of relocation and leasingDevelop and execute property management strategies, including leasing, acquisition, and disposalWell-versed in market rates and regularly updated on property costs and legal requirements to support informed decision-makingJob Requirements :
Minimum degree holder in business, engineering or related field5 years of relevant working experienceBackground in retail space, leasing or building management is an advantageWilling to work on weekends and evenings when required (hours can be offset)Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and managerial skillsAttention to detailWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
