About the Role: We are a forward-thinking, tech-driven company looking for a highly logical, smart, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant & Admin to support our Director.

This is not a traditional admin role. While you will handle essential office operations, your primary mission is to build and maintain an automated, AI-driven workplace. If you possess exceptional logical reasoning, are a master at Prompt Engineering, and know how to orchestrate AI agents (like Open Claw and Dify) to interact with various software APIs, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive & Office Administration: Provide direct administrative support to the Director, manage daily office tasks, handle procurement, and monitor employee attendance seamlessly through our integrated AI HR systems.
• Prompt Engineering & AI Agent Orchestration: Act as the primary operator for our internal AI frameworks (e.g., Open Claw, Dify). Design, refine, and deploy advanced prompts to ensure AI agents execute tasks accurately without hallucination.
• API Integration & Workflow Automation: Assist the Director in setting up and configuring API connections between our AI agents and core business tools (e.g., integrating email APIs, HR platforms, and other SaaS tools).
• System Troubleshooting: Monitor AI workflows daily. When an API connection fails or an agent breaks logic, you must be able to step in, debug the logic flow, and fix the issue.

Qualifications & Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required. (Degrees in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Philosophy, Mathematics, or fields demanding rigorous logical reasoning are a strong plus).
• Exceptional Logical Thinking: You must have a hyper-logical, analytical mind. You understand that managing AI is about structuring clear, flawless logical instructions, not just typing commands.
• AI Mastery: High proficiency in Prompt Engineering and hands-on experience working with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and AI Agent platforms (Open Claw, Dify, Coze, etc.).
• API & Tech Literacy: You don't need to be a full-stack developer, but you must understand how data moves. You should be familiar with REST APIs, JSON data formats, Webhooks, and generating API keys.
• Problem Solver & Self-Starter: You are highly adaptable, digitally native, and possess a "tinkerer" mindset. You learn new software at lightning speed and take the initiative to automate repetitive tasks.
• Communication: Fluent in English (and preferably Mandarin, to liaise with diverse stakeholders and comprehend technical documentation).
