Job description

Challenges

You willassist the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef in the smooth running of theproduction kitchen, which caters for daily patients' meals. Youwill also prepare the daily ingredients, plating and dishing ofmeals, and ensure that meal quality standards aremet.

Requirements

  • Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate
  • Comfortable in working in a fast-pacedenvironment
  • Able to perform staggering shiftbetween 5am to 7pm, 5 days a week (42 hours per week), includingweekends and public holiday
