Accounts Payable Executive, $3,500 (2 Month Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

Location: MacPherson, Near Potong Pasir MRT
Duration: 2 Month Contract
Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) function to ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the coverage period.
• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices promptly.
• Ensure all invoices are supported with relevant documents (e.g. purchase orders, delivery orders, approvals).
• Accurately input invoices into the accounting system.
• Ensure proper expense coding and correct account allocation.
• Prepare payment schedules and supporting documentation for approval.
• Assist with bank transfer details and payment instructions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and payments.
• Ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Provide general support to the Finance team as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable / Finance functions.
• Familiar with invoice processing and accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle high-volume transactions.
• Immediate starter
