Senior Events Executive/ Assistant Project Manager

5 day work week, 10am to 5pm (Office & WFH)

We are looking for someone energetic, eye for details, enjoys creative work, someone who can supports in the planning and execution of the project plans.

• Assisting Project Managers in coordinating B2B events from start to end
• Come up with creative ideas to enhance the event experiences
• Assist to prepare budgets and ensure adherence
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, venues/hotels
• Running onsite events together with the project teams
• Assisting in client servicing/ managing strategic accounts
