Assist to provide technical ophthalmic assistance to medical staff. You will be required to perform various eye tests and update database records of procedures performed.
Job Responsibilities :
work under the directions of ophthalmologist to assist in the diagnosis of ocular conditions
perform basic ophthalmic eye investigation tests for different subspecialty group e.g. glaucoma screening
perform administrative functions and update patient's database records.
able to achieve competency in a fast-paced environment
any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Technology or equivalent
Fresh Diploma holder in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Technology are welcome to apply
Computer literate with the ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of the eye conditions will be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoys working with patients
