Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description
· Assist in monitoring and maintaining TMS applications to ensure system stability and performance.
· Support troubleshooting of technical issues related to TMS integrations, user access, and data flows.
· Document system processes, workflows, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing.
· Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements for enhancements or new features.
· Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy in transportation-related reporting.
· Participate in testing and deployment of system updates, patches, and new functionalities.
· Provide first-level support to end-users, escalating issues as needed.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications Required
· Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Basic understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and system integrations.
· Familiarity with transportation/logistics concepts is an advantage.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to adynamic IT ecosystem.
