Roles & Responsibilities

Work Scope

• Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.
• Baking cakes, kuih, by following a set recipe or instructions from head bakers/supervisor
• Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
• Ordering new supplies, ingredients, co-ordination with supplier, when needed, and within budget.
• Co-ordination outlet staffs, drivers when needed.
• Communication with customers to ensure their orders are properly taken up and follow up.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience of bakery culinary
• Fresh graduated is welcome
• Rotating shift
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to start as soon as possible
