Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients at a Community Hospital environment, ensuring a polite and welcoming experience.

Locations

• Bedok South

• Simei

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

• Manage the reception counter, including call handling and appointment scheduling.

• Provide clear directions and information regarding hospital services and facilities.

• Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain an organised front-desk area.

• Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work on a shift basis (Day Shift or Night Shift). (12 hours)

• Willingness to work at hospital locations (Bedok South or Simei).
