Job Description Make outbound renewal calling related to Liberty renewal retention Handle the respective channels mailbox (to answer to all customer queries related to their renewals).
Assist the Manager in the day to day correspondence for all motor matters related to the Dealership Channel.
Liaising with the respective motor UWs for product matters, CPD trainings and premium appeals.
Liaising with the operation team for CI issuance.
Handling all matters related to the Dealership channel.
Main focus will be ensuring a high level of renewal retention.
Role Requirements With GI Certification (including BCP, PGI, CGI) Preferrable with Telemarketing or call center experience Experience in handling customers Able to work with minimum supervision
