Roles & Responsibilities

Job Introduction

A fast-growing data center company is looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive its global financial strategy, lead capital market initiatives, and oversee IPO readiness. The CFO will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and strengthening investor confidence as the company continues to expand.

What You'll Do :

• Direct long-term financial planning to support global growth and data center expansion, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and capital allocation priorities.
• Act as the primary liaison with U.S. investors, the SEC, and stock exchanges, ensuring compliance and advancing listing and fundraising objectives.
• Lead equity and debt financing initiatives for large-scale projects, while maintaining transparent and credible communication with investors and stakeholders.
• Manage accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and internal controls in accordance with Singaporean and U.S. regulations, including SOX and SEC reporting standards.
• Partner with regional leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights, support expansion projects, and drive operational efficiency across markets.
• Develop and execute the IPO roadmap, encompassing audit readiness, due diligence, financial structuring, and investor presentations.
• Facilitate board and investor communications in English and Mandarin Chinese to ensure effective engagement with international stakeholders.
