Position Summary :

Senior Engineer to lead the design, integration, and deployment of solar PV and hybrid energy storage systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, and clients to ensure projects meet technical, quality, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the engineering, design, and technical integration of solar PV systems with battery energy storage (BESS).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and system sizing for hybrid PV + BESS projects.
• Prepare detailed electrical, mechanical, and system design documentation.
• Perform performance modeling, simulation, and optimization of hybrid energy systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and grid connection requirements.
• Provide technical support for project troubleshooting, commissioning, and operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on renewable energy trends, technology advancements, and regional market regulations.
