Group Legal Counsel

This role will report to our office in Singapore.

What You'll Do:

• You will support the Head of Legal in overseeing and coordinating legal matters across the Group’s Operations in multiple jurisdictions
• You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in legal approach, managing cross-border matters, and providing strategic legal support to the business
• You will draft and/or review agreements, policies, and contracts
• You will act as primary liaison between Group, Country Legal Managers, and external counsels
• You will provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders and support business expansion initiatives
• You will identify and escalate legal and compliance risks
• You will support local teams in disputes, claims, and litigations

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and qualified as a lawyer
• At least 5 years of work experience in corporate law gained in private practice or in-house legal roles
• Exposure to the retail industry is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High comfort in working independently, across jurisdictions and managing regional stakeholders
