Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose :
The Admin Cum Order Processing role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, administrative tasks, return processing, filing, e-commerce packing, and other administrative duties as required. This role serves as a key support function for the operations team.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Order Processing
- Receive and verify orders through various channels (email, website, phone, etc.).
- Process customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy in products, quantities, and delivery details.
- Print and generate invoices for orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
2. Processing Returns
Handle customer return requests (via phone, email, or online platform).Verify returned items, ensuring they meet the return criteria (e.g., undamaged, within return policy timeframe).Process refunds or exchanges in the system and generate necessary documentation.3. Filing and Documentation
Maintain proper filing systems for invoices, order forms, and customer correspondence.Organize digital and physical files in an efficient manner for easy retrieval.Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, signed, and filed for compliance and record-keeping.4. E-Commerce Packing
Prepare and pack orders for e-commerce fulfilment.Ensure packaging meets quality standards and protects products during transit.Label packages according to customer and shipping details.Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule pickups or deliveries for outgoing orders.5. Administrative Support
Perform general office administrative duties as needed, such as managing emails, answering calls, etc.Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required by management.6. Job Requirements
Minimum qualification with GCE ‘O’ LevelPreferably with 2-3 years relevant working experienceAble to work independently to handle time-sensitive projects to adhere to given deadlinesTell employers what skills you have
