Job Summary
Support daily e-commerce order fulfilment and customer service across multiple sales platforms. Manage stock levels to prevent overselling and out-of-stock situations. Assist in warehouse operations, including goods preparation for e-commerce and B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill daily orders accurately from various e-commerce sales platforms
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage product listings to prevent overselling and maintain accurate stock availability
- Anticipate stock resupply needs ahead of campaigns to avoid sales disruption and minimize out-of-stock events
- Answer customer calls & messages professionally to resolve questions and provide support
- Assist in picking and preparing goods from the warehouse for daily e-commerce orders
- Prepare goods for B2B customer deliveries to meet order requirements
- Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse to avoid overselling and reduce out-of-stock situations
