We are seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to elevate our creative outputs and drive innovation across digital, social, and retail touchpoints. As a Graphic Designer at Mashwire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping visual communications, taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution. You will work closely with strategic planners, account directors, senior designers, and developers in a collaborative environment, delivering impactful content, digital adaptations, and brand storytelling that resonates with today’s consumers.
Your typical day may include :
- Understanding creative briefs and translating them into effective, visually compelling designs.
- Developing adaptations, layouts, and final artwork for various marketing and branding materials.
- Designing for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring high relevance to consumer experience and engagement.
- Conceptualizing and executing advertisements, social media posts (including GIFs / animations), brand identity, digital content, and POS materials (POSMs) such as mechanic boards, general execution (GE) materials, standees, wobblers, and web banners.
- Performing heavy digital imaging and quick layout adjustments for campaign needs.
- Creating visuals that effectively communicate the brand’s message and unique selling points.
- Assisting with web UI and POSM adaptations, ensuring consistency in digital and physical assets.
- Utilizing Figma for UI / UX design tasks, supporting website and digital interface designs.
- Staying up-to-date with creative trends and applying them to design work.
- Taking on any ad-hoc design-related tasks as required.

Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.At least 3 years of relevant working experience in graphic design.A strong creative flair with excellent design skills and an eye for aesthetics.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Experience with UI / UX design and Figma is a must.Strong knowledge in digital imaging, layout design, and content adaptation.Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.Experience working in a creative agency is a major advantage.Good command of written English and / or copywriting skills is a plus but not mandatory.How we take care of you :
