Job descriptionDegree in Quantity Surveying At least 5 years QS experience in alum windows & doors Meticulous,Independent with good communication skills Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, e.g.) Familar with alum profiles Able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Must have experience in aluminium & Glass industry work
- Able to work independently with Main Contractor, Architect to resolve site issues
- Prepare tender submission;handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- To attend site meeting whenever is required
- Materials ordering for sites.
- Any ad-hoc duties assign.
- Estimate the overall cost of the project
