Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Technical Support – Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role provides technical assistance, monitors network performance, and proactively addresses any issues to maintain optimal system availability and performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor network performance, identify anomalies, and take prompt corrective action.
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions to network-related issues.
Responsibilities & Duties
Operate and monitor systems, applications, network, and telecommunication lines to ensure smooth functioning.Perform fault response, troubleshooting, and incident / problem management : detect system abnormalities, resolve issues, and follow up on escalated cases to ensure resolution.Execute user service requests in accordance with QMS standards.Provide technical support during disaster recovery, contingency testing, scheduled maintenance, system change requests, software installations, and network equipment troubleshooting.Monitor and maintain environmental conditions in the data center (e.g., UPS, air-conditioning).Act as Physical Security Controller for the data center, ensuring adherence to security protocols.Track and manage the usage of storage media, stationery, and other consumables.Generate regular inventory and statistical reports.Work 24 / 7 on rotating 12-hour shifts as required.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.Key Competencies

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized Polytechnic.Experience Requirements
Basic knowledge of PC operations and computer networking.Experience working in a computer operations or IT support environment preferred.Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.Skills Required
