Job description

Main Tasks :

  • Product ownership of the e-commerce platforms Digital Commerce Platform (DCP) & EMH, Integration to connected products (SWT, SFDC, STS, VX, TE, MPAY) and other digital initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration between HQ, Region and Markets in achieving of e-commerce deliverables and timelines.
  • Strong collaboration between internal Process Managers and Product Owners to achieve e-commerce deliverables and timelines.
  • Strong collaboration with IT Consultants in Region Overseas and HQ.
  • Lead and steer the Initiatives of e-commerce end to end and collaborate closely with Product Owners of (SWT, SFDC, STS, VX, TE, MPAY). Champion Agile methodology in the delivery of your products and features.
  • Support the e-commerce release train team in IT and provide the high priority, critical deliverables and timelines.
  • Manage the alignment of involved IT teams and business stakeholders in terms of requirements, outcomes and releases.
  • Evaluation of e-commerce related Market requests for process and system changes in consideration of the standardization strategy.
  • Own the e-commerce Product Backlog and prioritization together with e-commerce Process Manager.
  • Perform in depth-analysis and feasibility of demands and work closely with different Product Owners to achieve the agreed solution.
  • Provide UAT support during rollout of Initiatives and collaborate closely with different Product Owners, manage the market and help clear the impediments that blocks users testing.
  • Understand market business models and e-commerce maturity – ability to align features and value based on market needs to achieve Online Sales targets
  • Owning Demand Process for e-commerce enhancements and features
  • Provide consultancy, support & updates to Markets and General Distributors in terms of digitalization of retail business.

Qualifications :

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in Business Analyst role in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders across various business units, driving process improvements Ability to manage and prioritize backlog effectively with multiple timelines and projects running in parallel Strong eye for business, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills Able to speak in front of senior audiences as well as write clearly, concisely, and compellingly Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences Ability to set goals and drive to their fulfillment. Take responsibility for actions / outcomes and wants to be held accountable for successes and failures. Work Experience in the e-commerce / Retail preferred Experience in Agile / Scaled Agile working methodology preferred Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required; Readiness to travel Strong analytical and abstraction skills Ability to work in an international and intercultural context Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage.
