Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Purpose :
System Admin for OutSystem, WebLogic and TomCat
Responsibilities :
- Configuration of tomcat and weblogic web servers, to serve and deploy java applications on Dev, QA and Production environment
- Install and configure tomcat instances, virutal hosts, context paths and connectors (HTTP / HTTPS)
- Configuration of data sources, domain and managed servers
- Configure SSL / TLS
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of deployment issues
- Configuration of OutSystems (on-premise / cloud) for Dev, QA and Production environment
- Support deployment of OutSystems applications
- Manage access control, users roles and permissions within OutSystems
- Installation / patching and security configurations of OutSystems Platform
- Integration support such as APIs, databases or SFTP services
- Regularly apply security patches and updates (windows and software patches) and ensure compliance with security standards
- Configure logging and integrate with monitoring tools such as tenable and splunk
- Set up health checks and alerts for service uptime
- Ensure high availability and load balancing
- Development environment includes managing of SEPM, windows server update services, Active Directory Management (GPOs, users, DNS management)
- Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Docker, Terraform etc.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as GitLab (CI / CD), Docker, Terraform, and Linux operating system
