Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience as a Assistant or in a similar administrative support role Excellent written, verbal communications and good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels including senior executives Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively across multiple time zones. Candidate must also have a flexible work approach due to constant evolving or fast changing daily work tasks. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail. A collaborative and independent team player who is committed to contributing to the success of the organization
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and preparations of documents for such meetings with tight deadlines
- Book, arrange and set up meeting rooms
- Provide & facilitate logistics support
- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, such as processing expenses with knowledge on Concur, travel arrangements, payments with Finance team, processing orders with suppliers, etc
- Be involved in ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned
