Accountant (AR & Financial Reporting)
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts receivable for trades – check sales trades and generate invoices in SAP.
- Assist in month-end closing processes.
- Check SAP vouchers done by Accounts Executives.
- Prepare AR-related schedules and reports.
- Handle accounts for one small subsidiary of PCSG and review the audit FS prepared by the audit firm.
- Prepare some FMIS supporting schedules in Chinese version at SPC group level.
- Check the FMIS reports for two small subsidiaries of PCSG.
- Prepare audit schedules for FMIS audit and attend to HQ auditor’s queries.
- Assist in coordinating with external auditors for local audit purposes.
- Prepare XBRL filing for one of the companies.
- Prepare regulatory statistics reports.
- Prepare ad-hoc Chinese reports relating to financial reporting as per HQ request.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy / Business or equivalentACCA / CPA qualificationMinimum 5 years of relevant working experienceAudit firm or oil and gas experience is preferredKnowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be added advantageProficient in Excel is a mustProficient in written Chinese is required as this role is required to produce financial reports in ChineseAble to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight timelinesMeticulous and attentive to detailsPlease write in with a full resume, present and expected salary, contact telephone number(s) and any other relevant information to :
