Lead Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator Leader to oversee design projects from conception to completion.
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Analyze design documents, review project briefs, and requirements for full comprehension of the project scope.
- Host project meetings with the team and contractors to discuss progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Cultivate partnerships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors, assigning tasks, aligning schedules, and overseeing deliverables.
- Coordinate site matters, communicating effectively with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project compliance and provide updates.
- Address on-site issues proactively, resolving challenges during construction.
- Maintain clear communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Additional responsibilities include documentation, reporting, collaboration, client liaison, problem-solving, and post-completion follow-up. A successful candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong analytical abilities.
