Role Overview This role is ideal for a HR professional
who enjoys end-to-end HR work within a lean structure. You will
partner closely with the Regional HR Director and support daily HR
operations, employee lifecycle matters, policy administration, and
regional coordination across multiple countries. This is a
permanent part-time position with fixed afternoon working hours,
offering stability, exposure to regional HR, and the opportunity to
work directly with senior HR leadership. Key Responsibilities
Handle HR documentation including onboarding, confirmation,
transfers, exits, work passes, and employee records. Maintain HR
databases and ensure accuracyof employee information. Support HR
policy rollout, compliance tracking, and documentation. Assist with
job postings, screening, interview arrangements, and pipeline
coordination. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth
hiring processes. Coordinate HR initiatives and information flow
between APAC markets. Prepare reports, slides, and HR data for the
Regional HR Director. Help execute engagement activities,
performance review cycles, and feedback collection. Support HR
system enhancements, SOP development, and policy updates.
Requirements Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or
related field. 25 years of HR experience, ideally covering HR
operations and generalist work. Exposure to regional HR matters is
preferred. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and
ability to work independently. Proficient in MS Office (Excel,
PowerPoint). Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across
markets and cultures.
