TikTok Shop hopes to provide users with more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content e-commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.

• Responsible for data science and analytics related to C-end users, focusing on traffic conversion, user experience optimisation, and risk control rule development.
• Apply advanced statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to mine user behaviour data, improving user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise user experience and product features.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance user experience, analyse user feedback, identify experience issues, and optimize ROI of user benefits, increasing overall user satisfaction on the platform.
• Participate in the development of risk control rules, identify and prevent abnormal behaviors, and ensure the platform’s safety and growth.
• Support business decisions through data modeling and analysis, driving continuous product iteration and innovation.
