Job description

1. Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

2. Sales and Transactions

  • Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges according to store policies
  • Promote ongoing sales, discounts, or loyalty programs
  • 3. Stock Management

  • Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed properly
  • Conduct inventory checks and report stock shortages
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments
  • 4. Store Maintenance

  • Keep the store clean and organized
  • Arrange displays to attract customers
  • Follow safety and security guidelines
  • 5. Other Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and performance goals
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures
