1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR generalist.
Good knowledge of statutory labour requirements and Employment Act.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
A good team player who can work under minimal supervision.
Meticulous, well organised and with the ability to multi-task.
Good in Microsoft Office
Candidate should be familiar with the use of MS Outlook as our emailing tools within the office workstation.
Candidate should be well-informed of the updates on MOM’s regulatory matters that is pertaining to employment for both local and foreigner in the manufacturing and construction sector, which is part of our employment intake of the 2 CPF accounts.
Description and Responsibilities :
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist in full recruitment, job placement in various job portals and coordination of interview.
Handle the work passes and all MOM matters.
Preparing of official letters (Appointment letters, Employment letters, increment letters and etc).
Handling foreign workers accommodation when necessary.
Onboarding and Offboarding of staffs.
Handle staff leave benefits.
Manage the software Payboy for leave entitlement and staffs database.
